Web design and related services are engaged separately, with scope and pricing agreed in writing before work begins. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer.

Intellectual Property

Site content, including the mascot and brand artwork, belongs to Wilson Creative LLC. Client work product ownership is addressed in each client agreement.

No Warranties

The Site is provided as is. We work hard to keep information current, but make no warranty that everything is error-free.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, where Wilson Creative LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
