A Boardwalk Town, Not a Wrightsville Copy
Carolina Beach sits about 15 miles south of downtown Wilmington via US 421, across Snow's Cut Bridge onto Pleasure Island. Off-peak the drive runs 20 to 35 minutes; on a summer Friday or Saturday, plan for longer. It is a different town than Wrightsville Beach in tone and pace: a boardwalk, a state park, Friday night beach music in summer, and neighbors in Kure Beach and Fort Fisher just south. Businesses here should not run copy-pasted "beach town" messaging built for a different beach.
Search demand swings hard with the season and the weekend, more than most of Wilmington proper does. A boardwalk restaurant, a charter captain, a surf shop, or a rental company here needs a Google Business Profile and a site built for that rhythm: ready for the weekend rush, not asleep for it.
