The Situations I See Most
A Wilmington business owner emails me with some version of the same story: the website was built years ago by a friend, a freelancer, or an agency that no longer answers. Nobody knows where the domain is registered, the site says the shop is open on days it is not, and every attempt to fix it hits a missing password.
This is fixable. It is almost always fixable. The rescue diagnostic is me going through everything: where the domain lives, who controls the hosting, what state the site is in, what it would take to bring it current, and what it should cost. You get the full picture in writing, whether or not you hire me for the fix.
