Two Audiences, One Site
Vacation rental and property management businesses here are selling to two different people at once: the property owner deciding who manages their investment, and the guest deciding where to book a week at the beach. According to 2020 census data, a majority of housing units at Wrightsville Beach are vacant most of the year, meaning owned but not lived in full-time, which is a strong signal of just how large the vacation-rental and second-home economy actually is on this stretch of coast.
A site built for this category needs to do both jobs without confusing either audience: fast, photo-forward booking pages for guests, and a clear, credible pitch for owners considering a switch in property manager. Most sites I see try to do one and forget the other.
